Registration Tips | 注册须知
If you register for full paper, please pay attention that open access is essential for ACM publishing house. The registration fee does not include APC. You need to pay extra APC if you want to publish your paper. The fee will be charged by ACM separately.
For conferences publishing in this new model, all ICPS papers will be published Open Access (OA). Many authors will qualify for free OA publishing, while others will be required to pay an applicable article processing charge (APC).
To determine whether or not an APC
will be applicable to your article, please follow the
detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.
If you
are the corresponding author of a paper in a conference
that is to be published in ICPS, please follow these steps
to determine whether you will be required to pay an APC.
1. Check to see if your institution is a member of the ACM
Open program by reviewing the list
of participating
institutions.
2. Check to see if the country in which your institution is
located is on this
list of countries covered by ACM’s
agreements with EIFL and Research4Life and/or classified by
the World Bank as low-income countries.
3. Check to see if the country in which your institution is
located is on this list
of countries classified by the
World Bank as lower middle income countries.
4. Are you or at least one of your coauthors an ACM member?
Please visit this
page and log in to MyACM to check
your membership status. If you would like to apply for ACM
membership, you may do so here.
Once you have determined your status based on steps 1-4,
please see below for the applicable APC, if any.
If your institution is a member of the ACM Open program
(step 1), your paper will be published at no charge. You
will not be required to pay an APC.
If your institution is located in one of the countries
referenced in step 2, your paper will be published at no
charge. You
will not be required to pay an APC.
If you are affiliated with an institution in a
lower-middle-income country (step 3) and you or at least one
of your coauthors is an ACM member (step 4), you will be
required to pay an APC
of $125 per paper.
If you are affiliated with an institution in a
lower-middle-income country (step 3) but neither you nor any
of your coauthors is an ACM member (step 4), you will be
required to pay an APC
of $175 per paper.
If you are not affiliated with an institution in one of the
countries listed in steps 2 and 3 but you or at least one of
your coauthors is an ACM member, you will be required to pay
an APC
of $250 per paper.
The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350.
*Students Rate*: Student rates are given to a paper whose first author/
presenter is a student requirement to show their student card(s).
*Additional Papers*: When the first author is the same, the extra papers(from
the second paper) can registered as additional paper.
*Onsite Registration*: Onsite registration is only applicable to delegate. For
those would like to register onsite, it's also appreciated if you can give us a
notice before the conference for preparing you materials.
*Publication Policy*: Each paid registration covers only one paper.

For listeners, please do the registration online at first here. When you submit
the registration form, the conference secretary will contact you within 3 days
to confirm your registration.

1篇文章需要至少1个作者参会做报告，如作者因故不能参会，注册费不予以退还，但是可以更换做报告的人员。
The ICEME 2025 cannot refund or pay any compensation where
could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of
circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as
travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial
default etc.
The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall
not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
Non-Presented Paper (No-Show) Policy: 未参会政策
Please take note that ICEME has a strict policy on no-shows.

Note 注意事项:
1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must
pre-register.
2. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as
the Delegate.
3. One Day Tour is optional for all participants (on payment
basis).
4. Only the first author is student could enjoy student
registration fee.
5. Please take care of your safety and all personal
belongings, and wear your name tags during the whole
conference. No responsibility or liability is accepted by
conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.
Refund 会议退款:
The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot
attend the conference, but substitute participants are
welcome.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the
dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
For any accepted paper, one of the authors or his/her
representative having similar technical skills must present
the paper at the conference.
Papers with no-show participants will not be submitted for further indexing process.
No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show
author.
Property Safety 财物安全:
For your property safety, please take good care of your
belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front
desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference
organizer shall not be responsible for yours!
(会议现场请各位作者自行保管个人贵重物品。)
Accommodation 会议住宿:
Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the
delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you
reserve rooms as early as you can. Except the conference
hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
会议注册费不包含会议住宿，会务组建议作者尽早预定。参会人员可预定会议酒店或是周边的酒店。
